SPRING REGISTRATION 

Registration for the Spring season will be Feb 9 and 11 from 6 to 8 pm in the main hallway at the Cottonwood Rec Center.  These are the only dates we will be holding registration for the Spring.   Spring Season Starts March 20, 2010.

Please register online at www.eayso.org  limited space available in many divisions.

Registration is not complete until you print a copy of the registration and bring your payment to the Registration event.

Registration fee is $55.

Checks must have the name of the player in the "Memo" blank of the check.

REFUNDS

There will be a $15 administrative fee on all refund requests after your child's registration has been submitted.

After teams are distributed to coaches, any refunds granted will be for one half of the registration fee until the first meeting or practice of the team.

Once the team has met for a practice or team meeting, regardless of whether your child is able to attend that meeting or practice, there will be no refunds granted.
