Coaches:  
When checking in your team you must have the following in hand:

 

• Player ID cards (with picture) signed by the appropriate RC or UYSA authority  (UYSA is allowed to bring their picture rosters).  Player ID cards must also be laminated.
• AYSO teams need to have a player registration WITH the parents original signature (not a copy)  
• All teams must show a copy of each players original birth certificate
• An official roster signed by your RC or UYSA authority (Rosters from eAYSO are mandatory for all AYSO teams)
• Coaches must have a coach ID card signed by the appropriate AYSO/UYSA authority.
• To avoid any delays getting you registered or possibly restricting a player from participating PLEASE ensure you take the necessary time to have all of the above ready to go.

 

Please keep in mind the AYSO 6 philosophies (Everyone plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship and Player Development) and our kid zone policy as you enjoy these games.

Referees
We are in need of qualified AYSO referees to help cover games at our tournament.   Referees will receive snack and drink tickets for each game covered, a tournament shirt, and flip coin.  They will also receive a thank you incentive in the form of a gift card for volunteering their time.   Teams will not be receiving fee refunds for bringing a referee team with them.   If interested in volunteering, please complete the referee application provided below and submit it to our Tournament Referee Administrator, Thomas Sprunt (thomas.sprunt@live.com).

 

All games will be played at both the Cottonwood Heights Recreation fields.   If you want to learn more about how to prepare a summer select team, please contact your Regional Commissioner or Regional Coach Administrator.
